May you rev it up loud in heaven, on those warm and twisty roads, say hi to Craig if you meet him, going by the tributes to you , you would have been really good mates if you had met in this world, rest in peace xx

This has got to be one of the hardest things to write. I can't imagine what steph and your family are going through my heart goes out to them. You will be sadly missed by all that knew you. Good bye Steve x

Think of what happend to stephen every day and think of what it would be like if i lost my partner, cant imagin what your going though. My thoughts are with you steph and stephen's family. rest in peace stephen xxx

Stevo - had the best years at university sharing a house with you and rest of the crossgate crew (and mowbray street massive!). You were my best friend at Durham and I loved playing footie on the Cuth's team - so jealous of your Beckham-like free kic

steve i always classed you as a brother,you and steph were always there for me,it was such a tragedy to lose you so young and suddenly, please watch over and take care of steph like you did in life. steph your doing great dont forget i'm always here

R.I.P Stephen. My dad was killed in a motorbike accident too Graham Riley. They'll be up there in the sky now riding faster than they've ever done before. Doing a hobby they loved, lived for the moment. My thoughts are with the whole family. M

I only met Steve a couple of times in The Sal when he was home joining in the quiz. He was a really nice guy. All our thoughts are with you.
